IMMIGRATION The Immigration (Jersey) Order 1993
At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 20th day of July 1993 Present, The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
and "Jersey" means the Bailiwick of Jersey.
(2) Section 39(8) of the 1981 Act shall extend to Jersey. (3) The 1987 Act shall extend, with the modifications specified in Part II of Schedule 1 to this Order, to Jersey. (4) Sections 2, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of the 1988 Act shall extend, with the modifications specified in Part III of Schedule 1 to this Order, to Jersey.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to the reference in section 8(4) of the 1971 Act to the International Headquarters and Defence Organisations Act 1964[6].
